While using those 6" cutting disc seems handy they will seriously hurt you sooner or later. They are not rated to spin at the speeds of 4 1/2" grinders and centrifugal force makes it explode. You might use one, two or even 50 before it happens but it will happen. Company I worked for demanded everyone stop using them for this reason after so many kept getting seriously wounded. Guy working right in front of my nearly lost his life after cutting an artery from one of these and I seen many more 2

You make it look easy enough. Question: these could be welded on, right? Also, do you think it would be fathomable to attempt this with the BED STILL ATTACHED?? I REALLY dont want to remove my bed.

Sand blast the chassis would is something I do before anything then paint then all that good stuff.

+Jose C. Rivera The chassis did get broke down and coated, after all the test fitting, Johnny likes to assemble everything first before painting or powdercoating.

Will this kit work on a square body suburban I don't want bags.

Ridetechtv, can I weld in this C notch instead of bolting it in, or does it need to be bolted?
@Wolfman1974ify13 жыл бұрын
true but there is all differnt was to do it but in this case it's easyer to see where you need to cut even your bolts and stuff even to add stuff then you can sand down and primer that area if you want that way it don't rust in that area for along time after all done then do what you said if you want see what I''m saying....

The producer of this video isn't answering any of the comments but, I wonder how much it cost to buy that kit. Also, does that make it a "bagged"truck? So, if it does, does he now need to buy a compressor and, tanks and, other related accessories? How about a sequel?

+Charlie Roach This system is a coil-over system, no bags are used in the filming of this video...lol but we do offer the same kit with air suspension option. the kit is offered in different levels, this link will show you all the options we offer.
