C10 Coilover suspension install

In this Part 1 video we install the adjustable coil over suspension in Shawn's 1967 C10.

Thanks for the install video. In the middle of installing these right now on our 72 and couldn't find any better at the time. Hoping to fix that with an episode of our own. One request if you do more on these, which would be a HUGE help for kits where they give us multiple bags of bolts and no instructions as to what goes where, could you point that out in the video? CPP has done a very poor job with their instructions in my opinion and they don't even have any for the front coilover kit. Thanks once again for your time and effort. Cheers!

I have a part 2 on my channel. Hope the video helps. I found it difficult as well with no instructions but instead a digital picture. I guessed on some bolts and even had to remove and swap cause of the same reason. Well worth the struggle.

Thanks! Music is a tough one. I'd love to have great music but I'm limited in my video editing. I also don't like to have copyright infringement if I pick mainstream music. Check out part 2 on my channel! Peace.

@@langekickchris The video was great I am working on a a 69 C10 with all the pro touring gear. I was just teasing but I feel that if you spoke more about the process and talked as you worked on the truck you may get more views and longer viewing time. Just a suggestion everything else was great. less (canned) music and more instruction / talking us through the process. If you want to see the total opposite approach (all talking no music) check out Bad Chad or Fritzees fabrication. Couple of real characters. Keep up the good work. Most people want to hear you and get to know you, that is what draws people in to your/ others channel. and from what I saw you have the ability to do a great job educating people verbally and creating interest in your content. But that music killed me lol :) I will subscribe and check out your other videos. I am in Canada In Kelowna BC check it out ... where are you working out of? Does the two small brackets with holes mount inside the crossmember with the tabs up or down? Are they there to guide the upper side of the spring.

The tabs face down to cradle the inside of the spring.

It's all new suspension so it just made sense to upgrade to a quick ratio steering box. Steering is quick, crisp and responsive now.
