Chevy Equinox headlight and turn signal bulb replacement 2010-2015

Correct! Chevy changed inner liners starting in 2015 and eliminated the access panel. For 2015-2017 you literally have to partially unbolt the liner, pull it away, and go behind it to access the headlight bulb.

Model years '15 to '17 do not have a dust cover to remove. The fender liner needs to be undone and peeled back to gain access.

Just FYI, the 2016 models don't have this access panel.

The interior cap on mine will not turn. Tried slightly bumping it and it's still tightly stuck in place. Is there a tool to remove that?
