I bought a GMC Canyon AT4 in June. I love this truck. The fit and finish is flawless no squeaks, rattles, gaps and everything works as intended. The truck is a joy to drive and for me personally the perfect size. As a rule it's just me and the dog running around, he gets the back seat and I get all the luxury of the front seats. I traded a F150 I doubt I will ever go back to Ford or a full-size truck. The only issue to date has been a recalled headlight module. My GM experience has been excellent. I would recommend this truck.

Bought my GMC Canyon AT4. Ordered it the way I want. Sand dune color. Other than the headlight flicker issue. Which was bad light modules. I love my truck. I do wish they would've offered a V6 option. But I'm perfectly fine with the turbomax.

And yes, the ZR2 is the only truck that offers the best design, modern technology, and dual differential locks at such a price. The Rubicon is also excellent, but in terms of price, Chevy is unmatched.

A couple of months ago, I traded my 23 Taco for a 24 Colorado Z71. Chevy had a good sales team and management. The Colorado is extremely capable and is well built. The buying experience was much better than Toyota. The buying experience with Toyota was always a nightmare.

Ford tries to say they outsale the f150 over other brands because they fleet the truck out to the service industries across the country like the gas and electric companies and the maintenence services in cities and towns!! They fleet them out at a breakeven to just be able to say they sell more!! Keep up thegreatvideos, you seem very informative andknow your stuff!!!

You are correct. Ford also combines the sales of all "F " series into 1 sales category. including the f150, 250, 350, and 450 all combined.

I ordered my 2023 Colorado Zr2 in April of last year and got it in January this year and haven’t regretted it once. I’ve been to Big Bend National Park twice and driven up to Washington state and rode trails there and in New Mexico and it has blown my mind the capability of this truck. I paid the total price of what is was when I built it. They added nothing.

I bought my AT4 before it got to the Dealership. They only had an Elevation with no Options. And a White Z71 Colorado. I checked what they had on Order, and a near Fully Loaded AT4 in Silver which was exactly the colour we wanted was on order. Had everything except the Bose Stereo, which was more than ok with me. I pick it up Tuesday, already took it for a test drive. Just needed them to do the Spray In Bed Liner as for some reason they didn’t order it with it from the factory. So Pumped to be able to Handle this Candian Winter as it is supposed to Bad this year. Had to retire my 2010 Volvo XC60 T6 I feel I upgraded for my needs. Great Video Jason as always.

He's right. I moved over to Chevy this year after being loyal to Toyota for close to 3 decades. In May of this year they would not budge from their MSP after I have purchased so many Toyota vehicles over the years. I gave Chevy a try, and Chevy worked with me. They earned my business.

The Silverado I wanted (LT Trail Boss) is not available in my area for 471km!! I had to change color and bed size to find what I wanted, they are selling them at an amazing price ATM and I get a Hero Program discount, a loyal customer discount and a Black Friday discount bringing my price down to 6K under MSRP. No pressure to buy, ZERO% Interest and an option to pay cash without additional markups Chevrolet is killing it

I kind of agree with you but when my local dealers marked vehicles up 5-10 thousand over sticker and Chevy Knew it and did Nothing about it that did me in. All of these manufacturers wonder why they're not selling. The working man can't afford them anymore.

You're partially correct, but did not tell the truth about mid-size trucks available. The reason there aren't any isn't because they sold, it's because there wasn't much ordered from the dealership or sent. This came straight from 7 dealerships and management that I dealt with looking for Colorados or the GMC Canyon Denali. I was given the option to place an order, but they exaggerated on the delivery time (this being so because they wanted to sale what they have instead of placing an order om one that's not in stock on their lot). They were indated with full-size trucks (as you see on that lot as well)! I did get a good deal on a 24 Silverado High Country though as they were trying to get sales and get them off their lots before the 25s arrived. I do love my Silverado with that being said, but you have to be completely honest about the sales and availability. I did have issues with the silverado within the first 200 miles and a recall, but those were handled within 2.5 weeks sitting at the dealership. I was given a loaner by the dealer.

@Jason Samko: Looking to downsize from a half ton to mid size truck. I have owned 3 F-150’s and a Ranger. My last Chevy was a 1993 S-10. I have to admit, the Ranger does not compare to the Canyon - not even close. Only other alternative is a Frontier but the price is now the same for Pro 4-X vs AT4. I may have to go with the Canyon.

Yes, every brand has issues. Re: GM, they have done one thing superior versus Ford, Ram, and Toyota - they give truck buying consumers what they want. Look at the 2500HD for example, it's an aggressive, stylish truck, and it's a V8. One thing ALL makers have to address are quality issues because the amount of recalls is pathetic. One target point they all seem to have are "software" updates. These "software" failures are to key critical elements of the vehicles. In the past month I've seen (and received notices on) breaking, stability control, transmission, and engine valve operation. THESE are critical safety concerns and long wear concerns. So if something isn't operating properly and you run it for say 20k miles are you 100% that a critical powertrain issue won't show at around 50K - 70k miles? You know at that point NO mfg will support you unless you have an extended warranty at that point. Again, the volume of recalls is a killer to consumer confidence.
