My old chevy 4x4 service truck needs more ground clearance to help pull old classic and antique cars and trucks from their grave. I turned to Rough Country who sent over an awesome 6" IFS suspension lift for this 1989 Chevrolet K2500 truck. I'll show you how to install these lifts, and eventually, we'll give it a good test. Geez, I’ve never been happier that my truck is an old fashioned straight axle. The lift kit consisted of basically 4 pieces - 2 springs and 2 shocks.

A guy can take 4 hours out of a day with a good wire wheel and 5 cans of clean up paint and have a new frame. The old Chevy will love you for it, and you'll get 5-10 mpg better gas mileage, and a 10-20 horse power increase. i.postimg.cc/G3jqys3q/Post.jpg

I do love old chevy trucks, I have an 86 k10. But I sure am glad my daily driver truck is a 2000 dodge ram, they had solid front axles up until 2001. I lifted that truck in an afternoon with about 4 parts.
