I have been starting engines out on the ground sitting in pastures since the 70's. I just rebuilt an Autolite carb' on the kitchen table , this evening. It was from a 1967 F600 Ford farm truck sitting in a field and hasn't been started in more than 10 years. It gets in your blood...I love your laid back attitude. I am more inclined to throw a 25 cent cuss word in there every now and then. LOL Keep on bringing the old ones back alive !!!!

The c10 we have in our family was a 1964 sidestep variant with a long-bed used on the farm. My dad got it for the first time in the 90's and rebuilt it's engine from scratch.
