Take 0000 steel wool and clean the whole glass! Use windex to final clean! Let completely dry then apply 2 coats of RainX and you won't need no stinkin' wipers!

Yeah. I actually decided to check the fuses first and that was the issue.

How would one know of their motor is good or not? Also, was there anything on the damaged part that indicated it was the issue?

How did you know the motor was still good? Did you test it, or hear it? I just bought a 95 gmc sierra. I was just going to replace the whole assembly.

Any one else has the issue where the wiper blades and radio work. But as soon you turn on the truck they stop working? Like the electrical inside the truck even the heater ?

You might have already but have you checked your fuses?
