In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4 1.36 King of Kings) video we will be removing the requirement to form nations. This means nations like Germany, the Roman Empire, Russia, the Mongol Empire, Spain, Great Britain, Japan, and many more can form their nations without any requirements outside of being the correct culture or owning the correct provinces!

I remember seeing a post on Reddit saything that EU4 is actually turn based and there is a tag order when it comes to tie breakers (e.g. army entering province at the same time and who gets to battle or siege first) and Sweden is obviously the first one in the list. Maybe that plays a role here in deciding who gets to claim a tag first?
