This is the BEST RV walkthrough I have ever seen on the net! All the information you need given in a calm voice. He does not talk too fast and explains everything simply and clearly. No unnecessary chatter-just straight to the point. FYI-Cheyenne is one of the best RV Dealers anywhere, from information to sales and service.

I love this guy! He is a good instructor, explaining in a systematic manner and why and slowly so I can take notes. He also explained what additional items are needed. I will probably watch this over a few times until it's memorized. I thought he was very thorough.

I just purchased a 2021 wolf pup from a private owner who said he never used it without shore power and that I should always have the red cable undo the fridge pulled out when not plugged in. I have been going crazy for 3 days now wondering why I couldn't. get anything to work when the switch on the kitchen wall told me the solar/battery was at 100%. I can't wait to go see it again tomorrow and see if things come on when I plug the red thingy back in. I think you might be my savior! This video was so helpful!

If only I had seen this, or the dealer recommended it, they gave us a "walk through" did not show us much. Let's just say, day one, the stairs was not set proper and the glass almost came out the front door, not sure how much this will cost me yet. I am still in shock I did this, I came inside and found this video and he mentions it clear on the stairs. The information and details on the water heater and the bathroom. Kudos to his guy, five star all the way!!

The guy that did our walkthrough told us Cherokee installed the parts on the stove for an auto ignition, but it wasn’t activated. Lol 😂 how embarrassing. Manufacturers typically don’t just install parts for fun, it costs. This guy was just not informed on how to do it. I’ll send him this video. You guys did great!

Dave did my walk through with my new WP 16FQ two years ago when I downsized travel trailers. I have owned several rv’s and will never buy anywhere else. Cheyenne Camping Center in Walcott Iowa was the most honest dealership I have ever bought from. The price was the best in the country and worth my son and I driving over 900 miles one way from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to make our purchase. It was a very good experience and the Iowa 80 Truck Stop is at the same exit which was another plus.

Thank you! I have an Alpha Wolf but so many things applied that they did not teach me during my in person orientation. The steps being adjusted for example, thought something was wrong with my door, turns was never taught how to adjust them. Wish I had seen this video way sooner!
