Looks good to me, Joe. Not soupy at all, more like what I would make at home here in the US. I would take all the chili paste and spices (don't need to bike anywhere tomorrow), and I'm guessing that those other flavors and the freshness of both the chicken and the beef make a big difference from what we have here. Thanks for another good video.
