Nice neighborhood. Nice home. Calm and aesthetically pleasing decor. Large pool, too. As much as I love dogs, that dog alarm-barking throughout the video would be enough to turn me away. I've grown up with dogs my entire life, and house/pet sit for families with large dogs, but they do not bark as constantly as that dog did.

Very nice BUT, an American FF should never be designed against a return wall because the interior plastic is itself quite deep. So when the fridge door is open - 1 - You cannot take advantage of fully opening the door back to put big dishes in. 2 - For the same reason, you cannot effectively get the shelves out, and definitely the salad boxes you wont get out, unless they are split into 2 small ones. Bad planning for such a decent size house. Likewise, your2nd house has the same fridge against the wall, and the sink with no worktop space to its right hand side, so nowhere to stack the dirty dishes. Unless there is a dishwasher, then again, bad planning. No visible drawers either. How much without the kitchens, then I'd design a proper one. How lovely, but not quite.

@@le_th_ Sorry but you're wrong. Fact is it's way overpriced. Can you tell me the percentage of expats that live in Hang Dong? Guaranteed it's less than 20%. Does that mean it's a free for all to charge high prices? You need to learn basic logic skills.
