My wife and I stayed in a condo just like those two, in the same building, for a week, two years ago. Found it using Agoda. Advertised as "cozy", cramped would be a more appropriate word. It took me a few days to get used to it after having been in a much nicer Astra 1-bedroom condo the week before. That being said, the Serene Lake houses are very nice and the location is good. We'd love to live there. Just not in those condos. Also, we've used and recommend Alice as a realtor.

That’s always a possibility, but it depends on the landlord. You could discuss with Alice and find a property where the landlord would be willing to do that. Most of them are just looking for money.
