What tune did you run on the controller for the 66v battery?

Gen one's plug for the battery is definitely a better position than gent two. You crankle the connectors on the battery at the end of it. And on the Siron's connector. at the port of it. Gen You can easily click it in and then tuck it behind the battery a little bit. and you'll avoid that crankling of the wires.

The 66v 42ah compact and the 72v 38ah compact both have the same 2754 watt hours which is what determines range the best (72x38 and 66x42)

Did you watch til the end? Stock controller and 54t sprocket. You'll gain maybe a few more mph with the stock sprocket otherwise it's the same.

Yo Rik. Can I use the OEM speedodometer with my BAC4000? The GLE dashboard app is inaccurate.

Don't think so. You can however use an Eggrider or APT display. There are also fairly cheap GPS speedometers displays that can be mounted on the bars.

In general yes, since the 66v battery is 42ah, vs the stock battery 34ah. Estimating range is hard to gauge, it heavily depends on these main factors: payload, terrain, riding style.

Yes so generally watt hours = more range. To find the watt hours of a battery you multiply the voltage by the ah. So a stock surron battery is 60v 32ah so 60 x 32 = 1920 watt hours vs the 66v chi battery 66 x 42.5 = 2805 watt hours. So theoretically your getting about 33% more range.

@@marcussmith4913 I’m looking into the electro & co Emxron controller, it utilizes any battery from 60v to 72v without any annoying tuning, leaving the stock battery available which you can also bypass and not worry about the controller tune.

The BAC4k is a great choice. The BAC8k is a great controller but overkill for the Surron, IMHO.
