I cancelled my subscription to Chic when I realized I was being charged $18 for shipping and receiving at least two drugstore items. At most, shipping should be $8, It didn’t seem worth it to me when I could put my $53 to better use.

I used a linky and signed for 3 boxes; however, I won't be renewing. I'm a bit disappointed that even though I chose products asap, I didn't receive any of my choices, receiving the super bright lippy and the same Clarins palette you received, instead of the more wearable/neutral choice. Nothing in this box I can use, but I'll be gifting to a friend.

The clarins lip oil scared me too but it's so nice on the lips and if you pair it with a neutral eye I think it's beautiful

I love this Clarins eyeshadow palette and lip oil. I already have ND Xenon palette or else I’d be interested in this box. I like wearing bright pink dresses so I might even be able to make this Bobby Brown lipstick work, too.

I was throughly disappointed with this box. I’m seriously thinking about canceling my subscription before it renews. I prepaid for three boxes so we will see how the next one is. I looked up the Clarin’s eyeshadow as I got the same one you did and learned that it’s actually a discontinued product.

I signed up for this box 4 months ago and really wanted to like it. Unfortunately even with customization I never received anything that I chose even though it was when customization opened. They make you check off a disclaimer box saying you're not guaranteed the products you've chosen. After two failed boxes and a waste of $80 I contacted customer service and all they said was thank you for your feedback and your opinion will be shared with our team. I immediately canceled my subscription. I'll stick with Ipsy/Boxycharm.

Thanks for the advice re: the Smoky palette! It's easy to go from sultry eyes to raccoon eyes in a swipe!!! I really like this box a lot! I think it has quality products that I would actually use, and it is a good value!!!

I feel like the 2 Clarins items would go well together. The smokey eye with the pop of color on the lips would look great. I do wish the lip liner matched one of the other 2 lip products.

My box sucked I forgot to choose,so I ended up with a bare minerals brush,a blush from Almay I got the #2 make up oil and a it cosmetics lip serum witch would have been ok but it is a br

I tried looking up the clarins eye shadow palette and I couldn’t find it on sephora or clarins website. am I missing something? update * I just further researched and found that the eyeshadow palette was discontinued and can be purchased through poshmark for $56 so why is being advertised as having a retail price of $43 when it’s old product?? Chic beauty has some explaining to do

Well why would we expect you to put the primer that is a clear gel that dries down chili powder when you will not even using any of the lip products on your arm or the eyeshadow you used to do swatches you don't do that anymore maybe you ought to think about doing them again I like your new promotional sign I've been watching for 2 years would hate to have to change things up
