Chic Fil A Nuggets Recipe Cooked at Home!!!

Hey everyone! This will show you the closest way to resembling Chic Fil A's nugget recipe. This was from a lot of trial and error and many critiques. I hope you enjoy! Recipe down below:
Recipe:
1lb Chicken Breasts Cut into 1 inch cubes
Egg Wash:
2 Large Eggs, 1 Cup non-fat milk
Breading:
1.5 Cups of Self-Rising Flour
1 Tsp MSG
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons of non-fat powdered milk
2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
Brine: At least two hours to overnight
2 Cups of Cold Water
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 -2 Tsp MSG
1 Tsp Sugar

I think if you replace the kosher salt with table salt it will be far too salty. Use about half as much table salt in place of kosher. Great video!

It’s exactly the same. Just add more cayenne pepper to make it as spicy as you want and add lettuce tomato and a slice of your preferred cheese

Chris quick question on your chipotle rice video. How many burritos do you think that would make. Need to serve like 5 people

For every cup you cook, it creates 2 cups. For five people, I would cook about 3 cups, this would produce around 6, then I would add a cup of loosely chopped cilantro, tablespoon of citrus juice, 1.5 teaspoons of saltx

always keep you knife sharp yours is not keep the knife at an angle away from you and keep your other knuckles against it besides that your fine. that will help your knife skills but otherwise your great
