Chicago (band)- Salute to America (2002)

Chicago paid tribute to America in the wake of 9/11. This performance was filmed in Washington, D.C., on the Capitol Lawn, only months after the attacks on US soil. This is a very touching and fitting salute to the land of the free and the home of the brave.

This is so fantastic to watch. Esp. "In The Mood". As a little girl I became a Glenn Miller fan 'cause my mom played their records on and on. And now hearing and seeing Chicago play this song, AMAZING. I'm thrilled and touched and feeling proud. And I'm just an 'old' but nr. 1 Chicago fan from Holland. Thnx Jamie.

Go back in time and have them not piss off Sony? Go even farther back and have Barry Gordy produce this type of music from Motown? Sorry, but gettin them into the R&R Hall of Fame will never happen. It's all about who you know, not what you've done.
