There’s a black man who got 17 years for purse snatching no weapons or violence was used. Then it turned out he didn’t do it but he did all 17 years and was innocent the whole time.

Thomas, had you not felt you needed to point out he was black you would of had a point, but idiots like you have to make everything about race. The real fact is, even a rapist would get more time, and the girl/guy would still be alive.

@@jasonbourne1596 well this whole case was about race. And he was just pointing out the disparaging difference in the punishment of a black purse snatcher and a white police officer who shot a black kid walking away from police with his hands out. 16 times. Furthermore, the juror reading out "guilty of aggravated battery" on every shot is ridiculous. After the first shot that put the boy down, every shot after that was racially motivated and should've been nmore than "aggravated battery".

@@jasonbourne1596 hey buddy race dude play a major part sadly but true. Did you hear about the white guy that got off with no jail time for rape and a black guy got prison time for just kissing a white girl after telling a lie she was raped. Each of these officers, their supervisor and the mayor should all be held accountable, suing them through their police department, their union as well as them selves personally. crunch9876 That’s hard fact but it may be true because “they” always have something to prove. Regardless we have to stand up against this tyranny we face daily.

@@crunch9876 Thats a bunch of malarky, he highlighted the importance of paying more attention to such crimes in the first place. He wasn't afraid to sacrifice what everyone else thought of him and his career to do it in a bold way. It made people talk about him at the time, but it certainly opened the door to more talks on this kind of violence. They had something to prove before he used his platform. Everyone complaining about disrespecting a flag, what about the disrespect showed to the people who go through these horrid situations, who either live to talk about it or don't. Shouldn't the flag mean something for them as well.
