10 years of probation, and not even for lying to get these innocent people imprisoned but because during a hearing looking into what happened he falsely testified that he didn't that he'd been indicted for theft at the time he was hired by the sheriff. He was acquitted for the one other perjury charge, which was related fo filling up a personal vehicle at a government fuel pump. Bonus: during Coleman's perjury trial, the sheriff perjured himself, but was apparently never charged. justicedenied.org/issue/issue_27/coleman_convicted.html

His mind is criminal... but he has never been caught. A VERY clever guy. And laughs at his victims. He has tried in one case I know about to get an innocent man he knows tossed into jail.... and the man he targeted had never even met him. He laughs about that.

Trump criminals and commissioners keep sabotaging my son on 31 years ongoing. Jeff Baza contributed 100,000 into the criminal justice ⚖️ to help free people long incarcerated. My son is very heart broken and falls into vulnerable sabotage tricks 💔 The people voted into positions to investigate and monitor people incarcerated love ones progress do not always get full progress reports or do they? Trump and his affiliated racist criminals capitalize their organization through the black on black evil engineering hatred against slaves passed down through generations of hatred. Black against black a appetite for building and bringing in Traitor Trump's corrupted world 🌎

It’s NOT all in our heads... POLICE Depts. nationwide need REFORMING from the ground up. MPD is beginning to rewrite their police union laws and what protections those officers might NOT be afforded in the future, especially when they go SO FAR outside the realm of normal police procedures.. and until this system of massive injustice toward the BLACK population especially is corrected, we are not gonna see ‘normal times’. Hoping we all work together to make our country work for all people. And if you so happen to be in authority, kindly follow the laws your job is designed to uphold, IF NOT, you don’t deserve my respect, cuz you can’t even follow the law of your job. And anyone serving on a police force for more than 5-years should have a clear idea of what their jobs duties are and are NOT.

It's as you say a systemic problem, that means you can't start randomly locking people up. Technically in the end this was funded by the US government, are you going to lock up the incompetent politicians and public servants at that level that allowed this to occur? What's needed is a review from the top down starting at the federal level. In Australia I would say a royal commission is required investigating the entire program, a quick internet search advises me you would call it a presidential commission. This happened to be a blatent obvious case, it's extremely likely this is not the only case involved in this program which I am guessing has had billions of dollars spent on it excluding the cost of incarceration since Nixon introduced the policy. I happen to be born a little after that time. So who will be celebrating the 50 year War on drugs that is when it's anniversary comes next year?

@@RM-xf9gi maybe it is and maybe it isn't. Please read my comment above. It certainly isn't a country wide problem in the US. The numbers provided indicate a rural town with a slight majority of white folks. Not one of the comments shown indicates any racial issues in that town. It seems it's a down to earth community. In this case there was no evidence of systemic racism but evidence that one individual is racist but also willing to lie to have white folks locked up as well. I would love to meet the "king pin" he was so relaxed. If it was me or someone from NY or something the comment might have more like, Are you F ' ing kidding me I see city folk on welfare with a better house and car than me. The jury had a black person on it and to claim that person supported this injustice is unfair. Most likely he or she was conned like the others. The guilty person is/was a remarkable speaker , a person who can lie and nobody can see any inkling that he is dishonest. In the absence of other evidence he seemed entirely believable in the interview, calm and collected and no signs of nervousness etc. Bernie Madoff was the same but got away with a lot more, this guy is a petty racist version of him I would suggest.

@@pakman0049 People can say anything but its what they do that counts. Who would openly admit to being a racist? In fact, most racist don't see themselves as bad. Rather, they feel they're justified in the things they do. Like the deluded cop in this video. Even to the end he still believes he's the town hero.
