A small Texas town saw 13% of its black population arrested and charged with dealing cocaine. But a state judge in 2003 said the investigator behind the arrests was "the most devious, non-responsive law enforcement witness this court has witnessed in 25 years on the bench in Texas."

60 Minutes, the most successful American television broadcast in history, began its 52nd season in September. Offering hard-hitting investigative reports, interviews, feature segments and profiles of people in the news, the broadcast began in 1968 is still a hit in 2020. 60 Minutes makes Nielsen’s weekly Top 10 nearly every week and was the #1 weekly television broadcast three times last season.
The program still averages more than 10 million viewers, more than double the audience of its nearest network news magazine competitor. The average audience for a 60 Minutes broadcast is 150% higher than those of the network morning news programs; the audience dwarfs the number of viewers drawn by the most popular cable news programs.
About a million more people listen to the 60 Minutes radio simulcast in several major cities and on its companion podcast. Tens of thousands each week experience 60 Minutes online. The broadcast’s segments can be watched at 60Minutes.com and on the CBS All Access app. Its webcast, 60MinutesOvertime.com, offers content originally produced for the web, including behind-the-scenes video about the production of 60 Minutes stories and timely archival segments.
60 Minutes has won every major broadcast award. Its 25 Peabody and 150 Emmy awards are the most won by any single news program. It has also won 20 duPont-Columbia University journalism awards. Other distinguished journalism honors won multiple times include the George Polk, RTDNA Edward R. Murrow, Investigative Reporters and Editors, RFK Journalism, Sigma Delta Chi and Gerald Loeb awards.
60 Minutes premiered on CBS September 24, 1968. Bill Owens is the program’s executive producer. The correspondents and contributors of 60 Minutes are Sharyn Alfonsi, Anderson Cooper, John Dickerson, Norah O’Donnell, Scott Pelley, Lesley Stahl, Bill Whitaker and L. Jon Wertheim.

Trump criminals and commissioners keep sabotaging my son on 31 years ongoing. Jeff Baza contributed 100,000 into the criminal justice ⚖️ to help free people long incarcerated. My son is very heart broken and falls into vulnerable sabotage tricks 💔 The people voted into positions to investigate and monitor people incarcerated love ones progress do not always get full progress reports or do they? Trump and his affiliated racist criminals capitalize their organization through the black on black evil engineering hatred against slaves passed down through generations of hatred. Black against black a appetite for building and bringing in Traitor Trump's corrupted world 🌎

@@MrZlathan3: YOU are on the Right Tracks. Nothing scares White Right Business[wo]men more than losing their shares of any market, which decreases their incomes.Get them where it Hurts; "Grab 'em by the WALLETS." THAT will be more effective than ANYTHING else. Non-Whites need to start Boycotting all businesses, organizations, etc that have less than 25% People of Color on their Boards and working for them. AND, start forming local-neighborhood Not-For Profits for all kinds of needs, Construction, Events, etc. serving the underserved. AND Co-Ops. Co-Operatives are Groups of people who pay a membership fee and contribute working in them for a certain number of hours every month to buy products [household goods, groceries, whatever] in bulk at a Discount. Not-For Profit status is best to be Tax Exempt Status for Co-Op purchases. Members purchase items at cost with a small mark up; like 10%, to cover Co-Op costs of utilities, rent, gasoline if someone did a pick up or delivery, etc. Annual Memberships are sold to adults 18 and over, who will need to contribute a certain amount of hours working in/for the Co-Op, be it book-keeping, stocking, sweeping, whatever one CAN do and needs to do For the Co-Op. Membership Fees and Products Profits to into a Co-Op account for all kinds of costs it takes to open and run a small business. Working in the Co-Op: Members Only: Number of hours is calculated by Number of Hours the Co-Op will be open [Say, 20 hours a week at first]. Triple that number [60 hours week Staff needed to Man the Co-Op and do Behind the Scenes work] then divide this total of 60 by number of Co-Op Members; Say you start out with 20 members the first month. This gives an average minimum of 3 hours of working for the Co-Op is needed, which is 12-13 hours a month. Make it 15, because "Life Happens" and something ALWAYS comes up to throw a wrench into things. Sample Membership fees to start one, for the first 100 Charter Members would be like: $40 per Individual, $70 per Couple, w/an $10 per additional adult in a household. You don't get a Co-Op Membership Card to buy things at discounted prices if you aren't a paying and work contributing Member. Membership cards are NOT transferable. Non Members pay more for products; Mark up is usually about 20-25% more than what Members pay. Example: Co-Op Purchases Sugar at $1/lb. Members can purchase at $1.10/lb.[The extra 10 cents over Cost goes into the Co-Op Bank Account to run the Co-Op] Non-Mbrs purchase at $1.29-$1.39 . These 29 and 39 cent "profits" also goes into the Co-Op's account for running the Co-Op. Eventually, as it grows, a Co-Op can even offer paid positions. But to start, Everyone has to start at equal levels of donating time to work and paying a Membership Fee, which represents their Commitment to the Co-Op. I was a member of several when I was young; they are a wonderful way to learn about running a small business from the ground up. Here are some links to get started on "How to Form a Co-Op". The word probably doesn’t apply here because it’s a fact. Imagine being black and having this happen much before the 90s and 2000s. Jail and prison was just another way to enslave black people. Simple as that, that’s why you lose your rights when you’re a prisoner

@TheSushiraw: His race? So all white people should be condemned for the color of their skins? Americans recently tore down a statue of a Norwegian who went to America and led the so-called Norwegian regiment in the fight against slavery. We abolished slavery here a thousand years ago. Racism is racism. Racists doesn't get to complain about racism when they're the victim of it.

It’s NOT all in our heads... POLICE Depts. nationwide need REFORMING from the ground up. MPD is beginning to rewrite their police union laws and what protections those officers might NOT be afforded in the future, especially when they go SO FAR outside the realm of normal police procedures.. and until this system of massive injustice toward the BLACK population especially is corrected, we are not gonna see ‘normal times’. Hoping we all work together to make our country work for all people. And if you so happen to be in authority, kindly follow the laws your job is designed to uphold, IF NOT, you don’t deserve my respect, cuz you can’t even follow the law of your job. And anyone serving on a police force for more than 5-years should have a clear idea of what their jobs duties are and are NOT.
