Empty words from Samuel Adams like your politicians today. Check out his view on Shay's rebellion which was more of a tax revolt than an rebellion. (They'll likely tell it was just farmers but many of those farmers fought in the revolution... So propaganda goes pretty far back in America. He also supported centralized government. So the the monster you see today was because of his support of ratification. Oh and what's really funny about ratification is it was fear based around national security... If you want a real founding father who was actually anti big government look up Patrick Henry.

@ngreric Ah yes, clearly it’s not because there’s other more qualified workers for the positions you’re applying to. Getting a job as a teen is hard, period. Blaming “migrants” for that is delusional. Maybe focus more on the fact that Walmart requires 1-2 years of experience to be a damn cashier, it’s the companies and managers that are the problem here. You are not more deserving of anything simply because you were born here, but we are all equally as deserving of jobs with reasonable requirements.
