Good fried chicken doesn't need to have honey or butter or any other additional toppings or sauces, to make it better or to make it good...Authentically good fried chicken should be good, all on its own...That's my philosophy...Give me KFC's original fried chicken or a fried chicken, which, I haven't had yet, but, is reputed to be the best of the best Southern fried chicken - Art Smith's Southern fried chicken (with his signature biscuits, of course).
