Chicago’s Sable Hotel at The Navy Pier

How far was the drive from the Sable to Downtown where everything is at? I’m going next month and since it’s going to be so cold I was hoping I could be somewhere where everything is within walking distance. Particularly the mag mile. Not 100% sure if how severely cold it will get. It’s my first time going to the Chi. So excited! Thx for the video and info!

Funny, I am going next week and Currently searching videos trying to find out the exact same answer LOL…. If this is any help… I’ve seen one description saying 22 minutes to the magnificent mile but I don’t know how reliable that is. Hope your trip is amazing!

It is not a bad walk, because there is so much to see along the way. It is between 15-20 min to walk to the bean. If you drive in, which I don’t recommend, maybe 5 min. I would bundle up and walk, because parking is crazy, and expensive. Not to mention, driving in Chicago might spoil your mood..lol. More fun to walk, even in the cold. We used SpotHero, and paid $30 per night. Checked in first, then parked.
