This is amazing! I haven't been to the Pier for more than a decade, so I'm planning on visiting it again to maybe try the new Ferris Wheel, see the sights, and to try out the new Flyover Chicago attraction!

We are staying here at the Sable Hotel. Such a great choice. The view of Lake Michigan, bike rentals, boat tours , art exhibit currently, really nice food court. Traveling with a group. Close to Downtown or a taxi cost me 11 bucks to go see Sky Deck . Love it here! Great fall trip

I was just there the weekend before last just before a cubs game. We were unable to purchase tickets to ride the Ferris wheel as for some reason they said my card was declined. Never happened at any other place we visited.

Free Tours by Foot - Chicago 978 subscribers My family and I are from Iowa. While we have driven through Chicago to get to Bostan, MA in 2016..... we've never really stopped at Chicago or even thought about visiting it until yesterday when my Brother asked me if I want to go to Chicago with him and the rest of our family next year during the summer to visit the museums, zoo, and attractions, if it's alright with Mom and Dad (They're usually the ones in charge of vacation plans and are always considering before going). We're gonna be discussing it with them tonight. There is one of many reasons why I have always dreamed of wanting to go to Chicago, and do you want to know why?

Not a lot of locals go there. But as a Chicagoan, I visit this place from time to time. Most Chicagoans said “There’s not much to do.” which I disagree. In my opinion, they’re plenty of things to do. As a Chicagoan, you got to take pride of every part of the city despite it being touristy!

I think locals with money or willing to spend the money are more likely to visit. Can be “over priced” but the location is unique and a nice place overall. Even in New York there actually are locals who do eat at tourist restaurants

Margaritaville- I wish I’d read the reviews. We ate there after the cubs game. STAY away from that restaurant. It was filthy, the hostess asked us for our drink order and they never came. Also she was loud and rude and had no issue yelling the f word in front of my kids she acted like she was high. The food was absolutely nasty. It arrived burnt or under cooked. I had to remind the waiter of my drink order and then it never came. The reviews are at a 3. That should tell you something.

Hello! Thanks for the question. For specific travel routes and schedules, it’s best to use an app (like Google Maps) to plan! From Navy Pier, the 29 bus can get you to an Orange Line, which should get you heading in the right direction!
