Chicago Schools - The Worst in the Nation?

Wow, that is a flash back, 5:56 is my school, just 2 years before I started there, well at least I think it might be. Actually, maybe not. There are a lot of black kids in the class. My school was about 95% Hispanic, slightly more Puerto Rican than Mexican, the rest was 2% white, 2% black and 1% "other". That classroom sure does look familiar though.
