It has been important technical information about the formatting of page, page break, page numbers starting from next page, setting the default font of footnote, setting Chicago as footnote/endnote style as default in reference tab, and to know that you can switch between the footnote and endnote any time even after finishing the document just at the click of the button. Cici--A "Works Cited" page is for MLA. For Chicago, you have a references page at the end that lists all works in your footnotes.

Yes, in Chicago style, entries on the Bibliography page are single-spaced with a blank line between each entry.

The Chicago Manual's sample papers do not include a last name in the header area. Keep in mind that your professor, however, may require a last name in that area. Your professor always has the last word.
