There are City fresh store on Devon/Kedzi, Beograd cafe and store on Irving park/ Francisco (I think), Kiko's restaurant on Lincoln/Carmen, Zupa restaurant and store in Lyons IL ...and many other places with Serbian and Bosnian cousine which are very similar, all are part of Balkan cousine.

The Fanta Shokata is based on a popular juice in the balkans from the elderflower. It’s just coca colas carbonized soda version of it. A lot of people in serbia make „Sok“ (=juice) themselves at home from elderflowers. They make a very condensed, sweet syrup out of it (for canning reasons similar to jam) - and then you just mix the syrup with water. Which is nice, because you can decide for yourself how sweet you want it. I guess „Sok“ is kinda the balkan version of U.S. Iced Tea culture in the south. When guests visit at home - it‘s either coffee and/or Sok they get offered almost mandatory. 😎 If you ever get the chance - I would strongly suggest you also try the „original“ non-coffeinated version „Sok od Bazge“ or „Sok od Zove“ (which is basically the same = Juice from elderflower) I like shokata - but the original Sok is more mellow and refreshing in the summer.

Actually, lamb head is a delicassy, and only roasted piglet's head beats it 🙂
