Jeff loves to pick and choose when he gives leeway. I understand Klemmer’s gripe. we’ve seen him award extra time to the answering team when the other team is being too loud/obnoxious. But he doesn’t there. And then he turns around and lets Chief get an opportunity to clarify the question pretty much right when the buzzer was supposed to sound for the steal. Some more consistency when it comes to the timer would be nice. I know he said he was going to be more laxed with the timer this year, but instead it just feels more inconsistent instead.

That’s an over-simplification about how it went… he asked Chief “how confident are u in Dodgers?” After 2-3 other teams had been thrown out in the meantime. Then admitted after that it kinda rang a bell after Chief had initially said it… he was the 1 to re-suggest it as the answer as the clock was running out, in fairness

Hes been doing this a lot lately. Also something he's always done is he acts like he has to try and talk as fast as possible while asking the questions so there's just no possible way no one can understand him. And like I go back and watch the old episodes sometimes and you can tell he gets mad at Brandon for it, but when Kirk does it somehow it's "impressive". Hell one time Brandon asked for the big picture when they were trying to steal and Brandon said "yeah we know we're almost out of time", abs Jeff lost his shit, but probably only because he didn't get to say it and Brandon took it from him lol.

You do know that they can read the questions right? Kirk isn't listening to Jeff read it, he reads it himself and answers. It has nothing to do with needing to finish the question, he's simply trying to read fast to speed the game up.
