A detailers dream chemical dispensing system

After recording this video I did a lot of research into finding easy links for everything you would need to buy to build your own dispensing system and honestly didn't find much for a whole package deal to set this system up. The system we have is a proprietary system from ZEP. If we get enough interest we may look into manufacturing something that would be an easy all in one kit for you to set up your own system. You want feedback? You get feedback! :) 1. Use a cable tray to mask the liquid lines. It's cheap, efficient and looks much cleaner. 2. If you're looking for a proper pre-wash chemical, don't hesitate to have a look at www.nerta.be/nl/industries/vehicle-care/carwash/products/sky-we-64/96 The best on the market today, made by a Belgian company called Nerta. Awesome set-up and extremely informative. Just wondering… On every employment application for an applicant have to take a test on how well they remember what color hose connects to a particular chemical, LOL I thought maybe the only thing missing was a labeling system on the hose rack. Your thoughts?

i worked in a shop that had a similar setup. for the outside prep work/wash its great but for anything else it sucks. i ended up having my own bottles and a tornador black.
