Stop the capping! When the Bears win, Flus accountability is on high and credit himself for the win. When he loses, he turns into a AI stay trying to convince us it’s wasn’t his fault we lost.🤣🤣🤣 I hope Thomas Brown does well and we keep him or find a HC willingly to keep Brown and Washington.🐻⬇️

Thomas definitely seems like a commanding presence which is what you want in a coach. On a separate thought it used to be that young and rookie QBs would either sit for several games or if playing it was understood that while they’re learning interceptions are gonna happen. In other words the mindset was more about development than winning. I just wonder if Caleb really made quick reactions and let loose while yes you’d have some INTs but also it might really let his mind open up to the game and pay dividends in the long run. Just playing so careful as a newcomer but I guess that’s the way they do it now.

Hey, you just made me think of something. Over last 12 yrs since Uncle Lovie left, we've NEVER had ANY coaches in house to move up, it seems we've always had new GMs bringing in new HC's bringing in new OCs (11 in 12 yrs) bringing in constant turnover staff. Interesting. Ok, I'm slow but still smart, my brutha!

Hightower choking back tears shows me that we got some of the right men in the building. Unfortunately, Flus has botched gameday so much we have found ourselves underperforming. I don't believe these coordinators are to blame, and I believe they are making the men in that locker room better. Fire Flus and promote Washington to HC. Leave everything else the way it is and let Wash choose his guy to run the D. We are not far off men, just need to right the ship then stay the course. BEAR DOWN!

If Coach Brown gets this offense going and wins some divisional games, that should be Flus’ exit. That will just prove to everyone that he cannot pick the right coaches, nor make the right decisions. You can tell Brown wants to tell everyone what has been wrong from the get go.

Fire Flus this Monday and install Brown to be the interim HC for the rest of the season. He might be just what this team needs and he can still call the offense like an Andy Reid or some other coach who did that last weekend. I forget who I'm thinking of. lol! bear down

I understand the Bears wanted a playcaller with established playcalling experience in the NFL and Thomas brown had only limited amounts... But it truly blows my mind to the highest degree that they interviewed Shane and Thomas and left those interviews thinking "ok. Shane is definitely our guy." It honestly makes me question our coach, our GM, and the rest of our front office like never before in their ability to make judgement calls on not only coaching merit but on hiring someone who can demand a room. Like wtf lmao Thomas brown sounds like an absolute dawg and makes me wanna run through a wall. They fucked up so bad 😂 the crazy part is... I bet they knew Thomas is the better candidate but Flus ended up choosing nerdy ass, goofball Shane bc he wouldn't feel threatened by him to potentially steal his job down the line. I swear bro this franchise is so fucking poverty. Make the pain stop 😂

Dude, you may have lied in your life before but... you're not lying now! Unbelievable but... hey, maybe not so! See, you know that how we interview along with nepotism, cronyism etc. (his agent is same as Flux et al.) carries more weight than anything.

@@rchi808 yeah except if they did any digging they would know that Dave Canales was more behind that than Waldron. And that was also a veteran who had been in the league for ages. Not a rookie that needs direction with his footwork to reach his full potential.
