Also, I do not think the projection of Brown's demeanor on the sideline is relevant, as many mild-manner coaches have succeeded at a high level in the NFL. In the end, his play-calling will determine everything.

Thomas definitely seems like a commanding presence which is what you want in a coach. On a separate thought it used to be that young and rookie QBs would either sit for several games or if playing it was understood that while they’re learning interceptions are gonna happen. In other words the mindset was more about development than winning. I just wonder if Caleb really made quick reactions and let loose while yes you’d have some INTs but also it might really let his mind open up to the game and pay dividends in the long run. Just playing so careful as a newcomer but I guess that’s the way they do it now.
