The Rick O Sound feature on the Rickenbacker does nothing for you unless you use a Y cord and plug it into 2 separate amplifiers. The idea is to create a stereo effect. If you use a single cord in the Rick O Sound input, all you will get is a constant very bright treble sound. Trust me---I've owned four. Back in the 60's, a band mate owned the Gibson SG you presented. Nice guitar with a great sound, but due to the worst vibrato system ever created, keeping the guitar in tune after the slightest bending is an effort in futility. That being said, having played and instructed professionally for 67 years, I am in awe of Nathaniel's talent. His style and ability to play clean, precise and fast in all styles of music proves how versatile he is. There is no stereotyping, Nathaniel. You are a joy to watch and listen to Nathaniel!!!

Great playing as usual. They all sounded nice through the Fender amp. Those James Burton Tele's are something special, I had the pleasure of installing one of our carbon fibre necks to one this colour. I didn't want to give it back to the customer and asked for first option to purchase it if he ever wanted to sell it. I would love it in my collection!

I love that Nathaniel plays the guitars without a ton of pedals at first. It shows off the instrument’s natural tone and his playing! The overdrive pedal sounded great too, but for me it was his clean/slight break up sounds that really got my attention.

I recently started doing business with CME, and I have nothing but great things to say about the care and service they put into every guitar or bass I have purchased. They even threw the still like new factory strings back in the bass case, which I will boil and reuse, and get a year or more from hooking me up with otherwise throw away, they noticed they were like new and plenty of life and hooked me up saving me 50 bucks later. They personally set up every one to play perfect out of the box, packed excellent, one thing I would changed guys, is use bubble inside the case against the finish instead of paper. Paper will scratch finish. Same reason you dont put a cardboard box on a trunk of a new car. Go test it. You will agree no paper on the finish. Otherwise they take the utmost fantastic care of their customers and I will be giving them a lot more business. These guys are FANTASTIC!! Kyle and Collin are fantastic. CME is one of my favorite shops now.

I went to school with Tom Petty. Growing up in the same town playing music with some of the same people. He was probably the most famous from my home town. Don Felder and Stephen Stills also were great guitarist. The thing about Nathaniel is he is more of a session picker. He can play any style and is overall better than most everyone who wrote the songs. What I mean is he can play Tom Petty songs as well or better than Petty but then turn around and play Chuck Berry as well as C.B. also. Probably the best guitar player I've EVER heard. Seriously talented. He makes you feel like you need to pick up your game or use your guitar as a door stop or something else, lol. (Russell)
