Well they eat eggs in Greece they marinate the steak the exact same way and they drink coffee. The only thing not Greek it's the hash brown. But in Greece they serve πατατες με αυγα (French fries n eggs) therefore there's a lot of Greek in this breakfast it don't have to be κουλουρι μπουγατσα σπανακοπιτα κλπ only....
