Growing up it was always just regular Chicharron de puerco “pig” just found out about this recently I’ve been wanting to try it for a minute now but no one sells it near me thank you for the video definitely going to try this 🙏

I think you can substitute or change the lime juice to lemon "🍋" juice but it will be less bitter or sour and why there is no onions in this recipe
