Great videos & more importantly awesome spending time with your family outside- i think thats a forgotten concept unfortunately. Hearing Kai laugh you just know he is going to look back fondly on this when he is a grown man & will thank you for it!

Hi Mate Wanted to drop you a note to say thanks and bravo on your videos. They are great. Aside from the awesome scenery and enjoyable content, it seems like there is a real gap in the market for content that shows 4x4s that people (aside from hardcore enthusiasts) actually own. The music is good too - I can’t understand why every other 4x4 video is either silent or heavy metal! Yours hits the mark. Cheers

G'day Tyler, I've only recently discovered your videos and I reckon they are great. I like the simple setup of your truck, my Dmax setup is similar. one suggestion, your shovel holder is mounted pointed up, flip it upside down, much better in my opinion.

loving the videos mate. 1 tip from my experience 4x4ing i wouldn’t recommend using the shackle if you can hook the hook thru the tree trunk protector yes a safety thing i do less metal parts needed flying thru the bush the better just something the think about
@TylerThompson906 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate Yep I definitely agree, the less flying parts the better. The only issue we have is the hook of our winches (ironman) doesn't seem to fit both ends of the tree trunk protector in it, the hook is too small. It only works if you use the shackle. But I'm guessing there is another way around it
@information4you16 жыл бұрын
@@TylerThompson90 dont know much about changing the hook on the ironman winch but i know i can change my hook and got the bugger one with my dominator winch

Tyler Checkout soft shackles, have a look in KZbin, they are made from Synthetic Winch rope you could even do away with the hook

Thanks mate, great spot in Chichester. Yeah I'd say dad will end up getting a locker or two in it in the future, always so many mods to do haha he wants to get a roof rack and fridge/dual battery set up first.

I'm starting to think the Mux has problem with it's traction control. My dmax would have got through that as easy as your navara. It's as if he is turning traction control off.
@slicvs6 жыл бұрын
Yeah something is not right by the looks, my d max would also have driven that easily.
@aussiecue6 жыл бұрын
Just to clear the obvious, Traction control is on by default, Pushing the button turns it off.
@jackofjr6 жыл бұрын
I had a Dmax the Isuzu TC is next to useless , 2 eLockers is what ya need
@TylerThompson906 жыл бұрын
Yeah I'm not sure hey, he doesn't have it turned off because it comes up with a light on the dash when its off I think? I'll let him know to maybe get it looked at
@jackofjr6 жыл бұрын
Tyler , Stability Control is off in Low Range that's the skidding car symbol , you have to push and hold the TC button in until both lights show on the dash for TC to be off , if he hasn't done that TC will be on but really the TC on your dads car looked like it was behaving exactly like my Dmax would of in that situation , believe me Isuzu TC is not very good . I fitted 2 eLockers I think your videos are great you do a really good job for a one man film crew , well done keep up the good work .
