Well they are very much related. They are both of the weasel family, which include weasles, ferrets, otters, ermines, stoats, minks and badgers (and more!).

What a lithe and supple little animal! Looks like a ferret until you see them together. And what a well-behaved, well-socialised mink Chi Chi is! She completely goes against the reputation mink have for aggression and being difficult to handle. And I'm sure it's all due to a ton of 1 on 1 work, by Mikayla and helpers to build that bond!

Chichi is a jaguar mink. Jaguar can be in all colors except sapphire, Chichi is brown jaguar. They are usually really calm and relaxed species, tamest one of all the minks. i dont know how much of the calmness is because they are all deaf.

Shes so cute! Shez a big girl or is it just how close you are that makes her look big? I know for as cute as they look theyre ferocious. Ive seen videos of them taking out muskrats and rats amd stuff. Crazy how stubborm they are. They just keep going til the muskrat or whatever is too tired to fight anynore. I have asked before but I dont think Ive gotten an answer. Have you ever brought them some live minnows or shiners or other small bait fish and put them in a pool for them to chase and hunt? Itd be good for them and Im sure theyd enjoy it. Just an idea. Love your videos! ❤❤
