It looks great but half of its cut off at the top. It would help if the video was slower and closer on the detailed parts like the head and eyes. I couldn't really see what you were doing. I wish I could have because your cake is wonderful.

I've decided to have a go at this cake. Can you tell me what amount of buttercream please for the whole cake including the layers. I've made the 4 layers and got a fifth if I need it. I've allowed my cakes to cool and then I've wrapped them in cling film to keep moist. Are there any points in the video where you out the cake in the fridge for the buttercream to have some stability? Thanks

val Mead oh super im glad you will give it a try . For the Buttercreme i used Butter and Pudding so you Need 250g Butter 500ml milk and Pudding powder. Make the pudding as normaly an wait Till ist has the Same temp. As the Butter ( it hast To be outside the fridge). I didnt put Mine in the fridge But when you think its Not that stabil Then you Should.

Also wenn die Buttercreme noch nicht trocken/fest ist schon ansonsten den Fondant bisschen anfeuchten das geht auch . Bin auf das Ergebnis gespannt 💪🏼
