Chicken Afgani Gravy - ek new twist ke sath | is method se Banti hai quick & tasty Recipe

1 chicken Add salt 1tsp Add black pepper 1/4 tsp And white pepper 1/4 tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp White vingeral/ lemon 1 tbsp In the grinder: 8-10 cloves of garlic 2 medium chopped onion 7-8 green chillies 1 small piece ginger 1 handful bunch coriander 5-6 cashews 100g yoghurt Milk little bit (swapped instead of malai) Grind into paste fine - medium fine Pour mixture over chicken and mix and marinade for 1 hour In a pan heat oil and add the chicken pieces on a very high heat and let it brown. Let it cook on the side In another pan heat oil and add: 2 cardomon 4 lawang Add the gravy mixture and let it cook (bhun well) After the chicken is well cooked, add the chicken to the gravy and enjoy. Optional: charcoal ka tadka

Video sirf zabardast lagti hai. Mai ne kal banaye. Lassan itna zyada ta k us k elava koi taste nai ta. Tips: lassan k quantity utni hi rakhy jitni rozana daalti hai. Gravy boht hi kum banti hai so gravy zyada banao. Mera masala khatta nai bana mai ne ek tablespoon vinegar dala. Namak tora kum ta half kilo chicken k liye. Mai ne 6 chillies daali tee toh teeka nai ta. Teeka chaiye toh yeh video toh 8 chillies ka kehta hai. Mujhy is bat par bi shaq hai k kuchy pyaz kio daale gaye? Aur mery pas acha non stick nai hai toh chicken ko brown karny meh mushqil tee aur kuch zyada hi paka liya ta kio k bahir se brown nai ho raha ta. Duniya ka sab se mehnga pan hai mery pas, Le Cruset, lekin woh non stick nai hai (enamel wala) toh paisy hi zaya gaye us par. Is page peh channel walo ne likha hai k woh prestige k pans use karty hai. End result yeh hai k chicken green chutney k andar pakta hai. Lassan k strong taste k waja se bacho ne kaha k pir se nai banana.
