1 kilo of cabbage
1 chicken
1 onion
400 gr. canned tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon salt
5 black peppercorns
Cut the chicken into 4 or 8 pieces. Then salt.
Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes and remove from the pot.
Cut the cabbage into strips, then dice the onion .
Salt the cabagge.
In the remaining oil in the pot, fry the onion for a minute.
Add the cabbage and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato, salt and black pepper.
Add 200 ml. of hot water. Put the chicken on the cabbage, cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
