I owned a pizzeria for 11 years and I must say your dough kneading is exceptional. Also you can't go wrong with Garlic Butter on the crust. You should try stuffing the crust with string cheese some time!

Two good points... adding the string cheese actually makes the pizza quite a bit more filling, which means you can feed an extra person, or have extended leftovers. It adds a lot of value, for not much extra cost. And garlic butter around the crust turns it into a very tasty bread stick -- I like mine drizzled twice around.

Chicken and spinach are a perfect match, on pizza. Also, this pizza would be good with a white sauce, as well. I love how you used drumsticks instead of chicken breast (I think thighs would also work well).
