I finally made your recipe, what the hell took me so long?! 😂 Absolutely amazing. Some good homecooking, for sure. Thank you so much for sharing. Now I understand why you pounded the table so many times after your first bite 👊. I would offer you an even more tender and moist meatball, whatever the size, by not using our hands to squish and mix. A technique I learned long ago from a dynamite cook. I use two oversized forks to mix and blend everything together, meatballs, meatloaf, whenever mixing any minced style meat- it makes a significant difference in the textuture and moistness of the finished dish. Love your style👍
