I love how you make everything so approachable. You make all these amazing creations within the grasp of your "Average Joe or Mary." I especially love how you bring it all around like a well told story; Ingredient introduction, Prep, Prep cooking, Assembly, Final cooking, TASTE TESTING! (my personal favorite part) and you end it right where you started, by describing how all the ingredients came together into a tasty masterpiece that you introduced in step one, just like a well told story. Introduce main characters, show what changes them to attain a goal, show their struggle, show the final battle, (usually a skillet or oven) and their character arch which brings them back to where they came from and what they are now. Except the part where you always eat the protagonist at the end...
