It takes momentum and the right wrist action to get that pizza to slide off without any distortion. It can be done. I got a smaller peel that I use to turn the pizza with while it is on the larger peel I just rotate once. Your dough looked much better it looked much stiffer. The flour I thought should be the higher protein flour? Looks great! 👍😋

The Green Mountain Grills Pizza Oven only works on Green Mountain Grills. Far as chopping chicken...food processor. 👍🏿

Who lied to you that you have to cook pizza on high heat ? U can use lower heat and cook it longer , no need to act like your cooking in a full brick oven , u wouldnt burn corn meal either using less heat , wow and shut the lid and quit messing with it!!! You never let the crust harden before you start messing with it , drives me nuts!!! It looked good tho 👍
