Ceylon Curry is my favourite Latif and I had searched on uTube and couldn’t find a good recipe to make at home but yours is spot on for me!! I’m lucky enough to have a good takeaway nearby that makes a great one but I prefer lamb Ceylon with slow cooked lamb. I’ve. Tried it with large King Prawns too. Thank you for this fabulous tuition.

I am in love! I have not really ever cooked curries properly- maybe only a half dozen times in my life ( 67) , why? Because they were too anglicised - anyone remember the dried vesta curries you had to reconstitute with water. And the meat was like little mummified fibrous scraps dotted about amongst raisins? Raisins - where did that ingredient hail from I wonder. Anyway That was about my mark 😞 I do so love Indian food and my attempts turned out to be a blasphemy on a plate. But now, my goodness your recipes and demos have made an old lady cry with pleasure. I've got a new lease if life in the kitchen. Thank you so much . Ps what do you say before lighting the gas And when you put the food in the heated oil? Is it a blessing or thanks? What ever it is I think it is beautiful. I have decided that before I cook I will also thank God for the blessing of food. It is such a small act of being mindful that there are so many people who are not so privileged. Your video had turned out for me, to be so much more than a recipe. Bless you.

Hey Latif! Kia Ora from New Zealand! How is it that you have not been hired by one of the T.V. companies to do your own show? I find your videos so easy to follow. I used to live in Luton where we had a plethora of Indian restaurants. I now live in Auckland NZ, where there are few decent curry houses on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Thankfully, the likes of yourself, and Misty Ricardo have saved me a fortune in takeaways. Is there any curry that you won't cook? Thank you for your excellent videos!
