How to make Chicken Chow Mein Restaurant Style | Chicken Chow Mein Recipe | Street Food Of Karachi Pakistan Recipe at home.
Chicken Marinate
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic Powder (Lehson Powder) 1 tsp
Salt as your taste
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Boneless Chicken Strip 500g
-In a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder, baking soda & mix well.
-Add chicken boneless stripes & mix well.
- Cover & let it rest for 15-30 minutes
-Take a wok add oil, marinate chicken. Fry till chicken tender. Than takeout & keep aside.
Chow mien Sauce
Chili Sauce 3 tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp.
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
Cooking Oil 1 tbsp.
Shangrila Garlic Chili Sauce 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt as your taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
-In a bowl add soy sauce, chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, oil, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, mix well. Chowmein sauce is ready & set aside.
Chow Mein Vegetables
Cabbage 1 small shredded
Capsicum 1 julienne
Carrot 1 cup julienne
-In the same wok add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mix well & sauté for 2 minutes. Take out & set aside.
ASSEMBLING
Garlic Cloves 6-8 slices
Spring Onion 2-3 tbsp.
Spaghetti Boiled 300g
Directions:
-In boiling water add spaghettis & mix well.
-Add salt, mix well & boil until tender (4-5 minutes).
-On a pot place a strainer, strain it & rinse with tap water. Add oil, mix well,strain & set.
-In same wok add cooking oil, garlic & mix well.
-Add spring onion white, mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add boiled spaghettis & mix well for a minute.
-Add cooked chicken & mix well.
-Add prepared chowmein sauce, mix well & cook for 1 minute on high flame.
-Add stir fried vegetables & mix well.
-Add spring onion leaves, mix well & serve.
