Ingredients:
1 pc skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into small chunks
½ cup broccoli, chopped
1 pc small carrot, peeled and sliced
¼ cup rice
1 cup water
Instructions:
1. Place clean rice and water in the Nutribaby's juice collector.
2. Place chicken breast at the bottom basket and the veggies on the top.
3. Steam for 5 minutes or until chicken and rice is fully cooked. Add liquid to the rice if necessary and cook until congee consistency.
4. Puree the chicken and the veggies then add into the congee.
