Suggestion for the run. You can purchase 40% shade cloth (or higher percentage), that you attach over the top of the run opening (use eye hooks for easy install) and it keeps them in, gives them shade, and protects them from arial predators. The chandelier obviously is sentimental and sparks joy, so why not put it in a place you love? In Tulsa, we have green waste recycling, and we can get all the free mulch we want. You may have the same in your area, to help save on costs.

I actually bought some and just haven't installed it yet! Will very soon! Thankfully the trees behind/over the run have been working great to provide a good hangout. There have been lots of reasons the chandelier didn't work. In my first house my ceilings were very short so we would have hit our heads on it. In this house it didn't fit my vision for the living room. So the chicken coop it is and it's not hardwired in (we converted it to a plug) so I could easily move it in a space if it made sense for a space. Thanks for watching! 🐓💕

DONT DO THE SINK CURTAINS! They collect so much debris… yuck. Trust me… multiple types of dust that would freak you out…. And they can start to smell worse than the chickens even if the chicken area is kept up really well.
