Fatima... Doesn't the tumeric give a bitter after taste. I find that my curries have this strange bitter taste.. what ingredient gives that after taste effect.. At a stage I thought it was too much ginger??? What's your advice

You cn try adding a little sugar towards th ending of cooking, Or tomatoe an coriander tht also gives a unique consistency an taste, just a tip because we all mk out curries a little different
