This is an amazing recipe. The result was absolutely delicious. The only issue I had was that the chicken released a lot of water while cooking so to reduce the stock, chicken got almost cooked and was slightly overcooked in the biryani. How can that be avoided. Inspite of that it was unbelievably delicious! Thanks for sharing ☺️

I have learnt so many recipes like Chicken curry, channa masala, Pannee Pulav etc. These recipes worked very well. Recently I have tried your chicken biryani (pressure cooker) recipe. I have tried more than 3 times and every time some chicken got burn at the bottom of the cooker. I have exactly followed your procedure but getting the same result. कबिता जी सुपर वेरी सिम्पल ऐण्ड टेस्टी मेने आज ही बनाई हे इस तरह से बस जब चकन मेरिनेट किया उसमे हरि मिर्च ओर जब चिकन को तेल मे दल उस वक़्त अदरक लहसुन ओर कड़ी प्याज को भी साथ मे फ्राय किया था। शक्रिया बहुत ही आसान हे मेने आपकी कई रेसिपी ट्राय की हे बहुत आसान ओर मजेदार हे। दिल से शुक्रिया आपका😋😋👌👌👍👍

Nice n easy recipe. Best thing is it can be prepared in pressure cooker n consume less time. Just want to ask one thing. If i wish to add tomatoes, at which step should i add them???
