These Chinese style chicken filling potato cutlets are very easy to make and will be everyone's favorite. Mashed potatoes with light seasonings as cutlet & is filled with super yummy filling of chicken with vegetables and light seasonings is one of the yummiest recipe ever. Chicken Filled Potato Cutlets
Ingredients for chicken filling:
1. Chicken boneless breast boiled & shredded 250gms
2. Oil 2tbsp
3. Garlic chopped 1tbsp
4. Carrot 1 small julienne cut.
5. Onion sliced 1 small
6. Capsicum 1 small julienne cut
7. Salt 1tsp
8. White pepper powder 1/2tsp
9. Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
10. Red chili flakes 1/4tsp
11. Vinegar 4tbsp
12. Soya sauce 1-1/2tbsp

Ingredients for potato cutlets:
1. Potatoes peeled, boiled & mashed 500gms
2. Salt 1-1/2tsp
3. White pepper powder 1/2tsp
4. Red chili flakes 1/2tsp

Ingredients for coating:
1. Eggs 2
2. Salt 1/4tsp
3. Water or milk 1tbsp
4. Bread crumbs as required
5. Cooking oil for frying
.
Method:
1. In a cooking pan add oil and add garlic chopped and sauté add carrot, onion, capsicum and mix.
2. Add seasonings salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, vinegar and soya sauce and mix well.
3. Add shredded chicken and mix well filling is ready.
4. Boil and mash potatoes and add salt, red chili flakes and white pepper powder and mix.
5. Take some mash potato on your greased hands and make it flat, place some prepared chicken filling at the centre and cover the filling with potato and make a cutlet shape.
6. In eggs add salt and water or milk and beat well, dip prepared cutlet in egg wash and coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry till light golden.
DELICIOUS CHICKEN FILLIED POTATO CUTLETS are ready serve with some favorite sauces.
