Saw a video once where a guy used a propane torch flame to bubble up concrete oil stains, and just wiped it off. Ive never tried that.

Ive never messed with oil spills, could you maybe do a muriatic acid wash after to try to "blend/lighten" everything thats left 🤔

You can only do so much for oil…..concrete is more porous than people realize. Great video!

Hello hello I clean a car dealer shop 30 thousand square ft do you have any experience with epoxy floors I’m struggling with the traffic from the car wash epoxy paint is gray color right now is dark brown only the the traffic areas from the car wash any advice about chemicals for epoxy floor

Yeah we’ve used chems on epoxy plenty of times, SH you should be fine, I’d be a little more careful with aggressive degreasers. You may try something like a bucket of hot water and dawn and a brush just to be on the safe side. I wish I could see it in person because then I could give you a for sure answer but you should be fine. Do a test spot on it first and see how it does.
