Somebody, somewhere will be paying for the water - it isn't free - homeowner, tenant or Ben. Rationing in the summer when needed - no hosepipes allowed at all then. It always amazes me how vibrant the brick is under all the moss and lichen. I also love that you find walls and patios and whatnot under some of the garden renos. Paul's shovel work to protect things and make sure "under plants" was done, and the drone work, were excellent. Appreciate the family bought you a hot meal when you'd been working in the wet and cold.
