CHICKEN INASAL RECIPE | AIR FRYER CHICKEN INASAL

Chicken Inasal recipe is one of the most popular chicken dishes in the Philippines. Basically marinated chicken grilled over charcoal, basted with chicken oil until cooked and served with garlic rice and various dipping sauce. I used air fryer for this recipe, which turned out perfect but you can also cook this in oven.
INGREDIENTS :
- 4pcs chicken quarters
- 1 thumb size ginger, finely chopped
- 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- worcestershire sauce, a few drops
- liquid seasoning, a few drops
-1/2 cup brown sugar, adjust as needed
- 1 can 7up or sprite
- 1 tsp salt
CHICKEN OIL:
- chicken skin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp annatto powder or 1tsp achuete seeds
-1/4 chicken bouillon cube

195 C po sa chicken setting for 25 minutes ang ginawa ko. Pero minsan Iba-iba ang temp ng air fryer kung sa tingin mo ay hindi pa luto you can grill it a bit more minutes.
